just kidding..

so i know this is a complete 180 from the post a few days ago, but i am down 3 pounds! :) i finally just kicked myself in the rear and got on top of my diet, which is the main problem.  i'm also slowly adding exercise, but im not gonna go crazy just yet.  i dont wanna crash and burn like so many other times.  hopefully i can stick this out if i chill in the kiddie pool of fitness at first.  but so far so good! i dont even feel hungry..... or lazy.  i'm thinking about a good 5 mile walk today. yea...

and yesterday i realized just how close august 3rd is.  so i tacked a tentative schedule of our europe hopping.  it's really going to feel that way, cause we're only gonna stay a day or two in some places.  but! at least we have a template to work on.  it needs a lot of work, some of the travelling will take over 8 hours, and i want to do those at night so we can sleep.  it'll have a lot more additions and omissions before it's officially nailed down, so i wont post the schedule yet.  but we're getting there! some for sures are:
london, paris, amsterdam, bruges, koln (cologne), edinburgh, dublin, and maaaaaybe munich? don't know if we'll go that far southeast.  we shall see.  it makes me so happy to think and dream about.  i cant wait to post all the stories and adventures!

yes, i know the trip is still half a year away, shut up.

Update on 1/31:    6 Pounds!

also, europe is a go!

me and jenna bought plane tickets to london on august 3rd! no, we have no idea where we're staying yet, or what other countries we are going to visit, but that's all minor details right?  ...right??

i was really excited when jenna checked plane ticket rates about a week later and found that the price had jumped up about 100 bucks.  yikes! glad we bought when we did.

so the savings for the trip are growing, slowly bug surely.  i'll be halfway by next paycheck i believe.  exciting!

p.s. 2 posts in one day woo!!

i was on the radio!

on the way to work today, i listened to a conversation about a statistic that said 70% (i think) of women don't eat or are embarrassed to eat in front of their significant other.  a few girls called in a confirmed that they were part of that percent, saying they didn't want to seem like pigs, wanted to look dainty, blah blah blah.  so i called and said i was a member of the other 30%, and that i never once thought about what it looks like when i stuff my face daily.  taylor has never said anything. and i love you for it :)

similarly, i have failed yet another attempt at dieting and exercising.  i. love. food.
